We are pleased to offer FREE STANDARD SHIPPING on all orders to UK addresses.


Order Processing

Order Cut-Off Time

Orders placed before 5:00 PM CET (Central European Time) Monday through Friday will be processed the same business day. Orders placed after 5:00 PM CET or on weekends/holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Processing Time

  • Standard Processing: 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday)
  • Business days exclude weekends and UK public holidays
  • During peak seasons (holidays, special promotions), processing times may be extended by 1-2 additional business days

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to:

Delivery Issues
